This starter policy must be reviewed and updated with your business name, contact details, hosting provider, analytics choices, and applicable laws before launch.

What the service processes

ThreadSave processes the public Threads post URL you submit so it can locate publicly available media. The server may temporarily process standard technical data such as IP address, user agent, request time, error details, and rate-limit counters.

What the service does not require

The service does not require a Threads login and should not request your Threads password, private messages, contacts, or private-post access.

Storage and retention

The included MVP does not include a database. Submitted URLs and media are not intentionally stored by the application. Infrastructure providers and reverse-proxy logs may retain technical request data according to their own configuration.

Third-party services

Resolving and downloading media requires network requests to Threads and Meta-operated media hosts. Their privacy practices apply to those requests. Add any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or hosting providers you enable after deployment.

Your choices

Do not submit URLs you do not want processed. You may stop using the service at any time. Provide a working privacy contact before publishing this policy.

Changes

Update this policy whenever the product, data practices, providers, or legal obligations change.
